This notice announces the implementation of the Executive Order titled “Board of Governance for the Sovereign Agency Tribal Nations Economic developments and Promoting Workforce Accountability and Performance.” The order directs Sovereign Tribal Nations Agency Board of Governance to modernize and develop the “economic strategy” critical Infrastructure and logistics, the banking sectors, capital market, agricultural, energy, education, municipality, housing, medical and Industrial Innovations across the United States to elevate the tribal nations in particular.
The board of governance shall formalize the governing policies and procedures for all the sectors and propose strategic implementation guidelines. The public notification shall be served to the respective Federal Departments for their comments, if any, must receive within 30 days of publication of this notice on the below address.

The board will serve the Interest and benefits of the Tribal Nations under the guideline of the Sovereign Tribal laws in coordination with the Federal Laws. The following tribal departments shall take the responsibility for all their respective activities under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) Section 1402 ARRA amended 26 U.S.C. § 7871 authorized Tribal Economic Development (TED Bonds).

| 3. Agricultural Seeds, crops & live stocks development | Agricultural Board to regulate, planning and development of the research centers (Crops, livestock) and cylos storages for the seeds, grains and development of live stocks. |
| 4. Clean Energy production | Energy Board to look after planning & acquiring the zero emission energy systems like (Thermal, Solar, Hydro) and waste to energy technology |
| 5. Education services | Education Board to structure and Introduce the best educational services for (Elementary, college & universities students) of the tribal nations. |
| 6. Land and Housing development | Land & Housing Board shall manage the land planning, flood management, acquisition, housing & commercial developments on the native land. |
| 7. Medical Service & Pharmaceutical manufacturing | Medical & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Board will regulate and look after all the hospital, regulation, services, and pharmaceutical manufacturing |
| 8. Industrial transformation on Tribal Sovereign Land | Industrial Transformation Board will manage the industries innovation, future tech. strategy, automation and operation maintenance management on the native land to generate a jobs streams for the Native Americans. |
This Public Notice is issued to clarify and reaffirm the appointment of principles governing authorities of the Board of Governance to accomplish the given tasks on the Native American lands in the United States of America for the great benefits of the tribal members. This Notice shall promote the uniform understanding and the governance principles to establish a transparent cooperation with federal departments listed below. I strongly believe and expect a great support from all administrative and regulatory departments of the United States.
